Nestled in the foothills of the Mayacamas in northeastern Sonoma County, majestic oaks dot golden foothills and wind upward through extraordinary landscape to arrive at the entrance of two of the most beautiful residential communities in Northern California. Shiloh Estates and Mayacama are located at the epicenter of the Sonoma County wine country and less than 60 miles from San Francisco.
Sonoma County is home to some of the world’s most renowned wineries; residents of Shiloh and Mayacama find there is more to the wine country than the wine. Shiloh Estates was conceived in the late 1980’s by a partnership of local business leaders that included the famed cartoonist Charles Schulz, and comprised over 2700 acres of some of Sonoma’s most impressive terroir. It was the goal of this partnership to preserve and protect the beauty of the natural resources and provide a unique opportunity for those individuals with the same passion for the environment to create private estates.
Approximately 850 acres of the ranch were dedicated to create the Shiloh Ranch Regional Park and another 600 +/- acres were developed by a separate development group who developed Mayacama, a renowned private golf and residential community located adjacent to Shiloh Estates. The gated community of Shiloh Estates comprises the remaining 1300 acres and is home to distinctive private country estates situated on large rural parcels with stunning views, near perfect weather and a sense of community that is as unique as it is extraordinary.

Communities rich in agricultural traditions feature the best in ‘farm-to-table” cuisine, highly acclaimed restaurants and local farmers’ markets. The quaint town of Healdsburg is located nearby and has gained worldwide recognition for its charming central plaza dotted with an abundance of tasting rooms, boutique shopping and chic hotels, coffee shops and small town atmosphere.
